Circumcision is done sitting on the floor or on the ground. Fourteen hundred years ago today, our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) taught all kinds of civilizations, rules and regulations to feed the human race. Among them is sitting on the ground and spreading leather dastarkhana. It is forbidden to sit on a high place and lean on it. We have lost that ideal as Western culture has entered us in the evolution of time.
Most people are now accustomed to sitting at a chair table eating. But to stay in good health, doctors recommend eating on the floor or on the ground.
Let's not know the multifaceted benefits of this circumcision Mubarak. Here is a brief discussion on all these.
Eating with the right hand
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ate with his right hand all his life. He ordered to eat with the right hand and forbade to eat with the left hand. In a hadith narrated from Abdullah bin Omar, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Do not eat or drink with your left hand. Because Satan eats and drinks with his left hand. (Bukhari, Hadith: 537; Muslim, Hadith: 2022)
I forgot to read Bismillah
It is sunnat to recite Bismillah before starting eating. But if someone accidentally starts eating without reciting Bismillah, then what should he do? In a hadith narrated from Ayesha, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “When you start eating, remember the name of Allaah. And if you forget to remember the name of Allah, then say, ‘Bismillahi Awalahu wa Akhirah. (Abu Dawood, Hadith: 36, Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1857)
Picking up fallen food
Food can rarely fall while eating. Sometimes one or two pieces of rice or bread or any other food falls from the dishes. Then if possible, I want to pick them up and eat them clean.
It is narrated in the books of Hadith that if any food fell during the meal of the Prophet (peace be upon him), he would pick it up and eat it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said in a hadeeth narrated from Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with him): Don't give up for the devil. (Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1915; Ibn Majah, Hadith: 3403)
Licking hands
At the end of the meal, the food usually sticks to the hands. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) always licked his hands while eating. Never wipe hands until licked.
Finger licking
Fingers are licked during or after meals. Finger licking is more likely to be blessed. Because, people do not know where the blessings of food are.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘When you eat, lick your fingers. Because you do not know where the blessing is. (Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1914)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said in a hadeeth narrated from 'Abdullah ibn' Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him):
Pray at the end of the meal
Food is a great blessing of Allah. He bestows great kindness and grace on us through food. Gratitude for this kindness is included in civilization and etiquette. Therefore, it is essential to give thanks to Allah after taking food.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to give thanks to Allaah at the end of a meal. He used to recite prayers in gratitude. According to a hadith narrated from Abu Umama, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say after finishing his meal:

The amazing benefits of sitting on the ground in a circumcised manner
1. Playing on the ground increases concentration. Even the strength of the legs is increased.
2. Sitting on the ground improves blood circulation in the body. As a result extra energy is available in the body.
3. As stress decreases, the effect of positive thinking on the mind increases.
4. Stomach problems like fat, indigestion, constipation, gas can be avoided by eating food while sitting on the ground.
5. Laziness is eliminated by sitting on the ground and eating food. Reduces muscle cramps.
This emphasizes the lower part of the spine. As a result the body feels comfortable.
Food is digested faster when playing on the floor or on the ground. If you want to eat in this way, you have to put the plate on the floor or the ground and eat it with a slight inclination, then you have to sit up straight again, this is a normal habit. As this happens again and again, Abdomen's muscles get tense. It is fast digestion.
Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Because, it causes muscle movement in the abdomen which can reduce the belly fat a lot. It also relaxes the head a lot.
Several studies have shown that the vagus nerve cannot send the right signal to the brain while sitting on a chair-table. As a result, it is not possible to understand when the stomach is full. And because of this, naturally, too much is eaten. As a result, it does not take time to gain weight. But playing on the ground, the opposite happens. In this case, only when the stomach is full, this special nerve sends news to the brain. As a result, the desire for food goes away immediately. And day after day, due to eating a certain amount of food is under control, the weight can no longer exceed the danger limit.
9. Playing on the floor or on the ground increases blood circulation in the body. It keeps the heart condition good. Because, sitting on the ground puts less pressure on the heart. And blood circulates evenly throughout the body.
