Friday is a special day of worship

Allah created the night and the day. Of all the days, Friday or Friday is the best.
The special honor and dignity of this day has been described in the Qur'an and Hadith.

Five historical events of the day of Jumu'ah: Jumu'ah has been considered very important since the beginning of creation.

In a hadith narrated from Abu Lubaba bin Abdul Munjir, the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioned five characteristics of the day of Jumu'ah. That is — one. Allah created Adam (peace be upon him) on this day, two. On this day, Allah sent Adam (pbuh) down to earth, three. On this day Adam (pbuh) died, four. There is a time on this day when the servant will give whatever he prays to Allah.

Unless he prays something forbidden, five. Resurrection will take place on this day. (Ibn Majah, Hadith: 695)

One. Friday has a special status: Friday has a special status with God Almighty.

This day is especially dignified for the Ummah of the last Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Narrated Hudhayfah Ibn Yaman: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah has kept the status of Jumu'ah unknown to the previous nations. So the Jews set Saturday. And Christians set Sunday. Then we come. To us he reveals the dignity of Friday. (Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 656)

Two. Importance of reciting Surah Al-Kahf: The Hadith emphasizes the importance of reciting Surah Al-Kahf on Fridays. Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Surah al-Kahf on Friday will have a bright light from under his feet on the Day of Resurrection which will illuminate his surroundings and the sins of the time between the two Fridays. Excuse me. (At-Targhib wat Tarhib, 296/1)

Three. Freedom from the harm of the Dajjal: In another hadith, liberation from the harm of the Dajjal has been described as the benefit of reading the last verse of Surah Al-Kahf. Narrated Abu Saeed Khudri: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever recites Surah al-Kahf on Friday will be enlightened in the middle of Friday. And whoever recites the last 10 verses of this Surah, then the Dajjal will not be able to harm him when he comes out. The name of the person who will recite this prayer after Azur will be written in a letter. Then seal it, which will not be broken until the Day of Resurrection. (Sahih Targhib, Hadith No. 1473, Al-Mustadrak: 2/399)

Four. The reward of the whole year during the day of Jumu'ah: Bathing on Friday and going to the mosque before it is a very good thing. Narrated Aws bin Aus Saqafi: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever takes a good bath on Friday, goes to the mosque in a hurry and sits near (the Imam) and listens attentively (to the khutbah), instead of every step for him. There will be rewards for one year of fasting and prayers. (Abu Dawood, Hadith: 345)

Five. Dignity of entering the mosque first: It is very important to enter the mosque early on Friday and listen to the khutbah attentively. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever takes a bath on Friday and then goes to the mosque first, he should sacrifice a camel. He who went to the mosque then sacrificed a cow. And whoever enters it should sacrifice a goat, and whoever enters it should sacrifice a hen, and whoever enters it should sacrifice an egg. Then when the Imam came for the sermon, the angels started listening to the discussion. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 641)

Six. Sins are forgiven: Narrated from Salman Farsi, The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Whoever bathes on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, uses oil, uses perfume from home, and then comes to the mosque, there is a gap between the two worshipers. No, a certain number of prayers were offered, then the Imam began to speak and remained silent; Then Allaah will forgive the sins between the two Fridays. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 63)

Seven. Time to accept prayers: There is a time on Friday when a person prays to Allah and Allah accepts it. Narrated Jabir: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘If a Muslim prays to Allaah for something good on Friday, Allaah will give it to him. You search the time after the meeting. (Abu Dawood, Hadith number: 1048)
